Charlotte, better known as "Char", is an IU sophomore and a minor character in Dumbing of Age.
As one of Dana Swensson's friends, Char never forgave Sarah Clinton for having Dana committed, and has been happy to make Sarah's life as miserable as possible ever since. Typically found in the company of Raidah and Chan.
Sensitivity isn't exactly her strong suit.
