Charles Walkerton is the little-seen father of Walky and Sal, and is introduced shortly after the twins discover their true parentage. It is not known how he and Linda met, but it can be assumed that they were married sometime after her dishonorable discharge from government service.
Following Linda's imprisonment after the dissolution of SEMME, Walky visited his father on occasion to keep his spirits up. Charles also joined the Browns for what can only be described as the most awkward Thanksgiving dinner ever.
Trivia[]
- Apparently has a habit of announcing "I shall return!" when leaving the house.
- Given that Charles doesn't remember his own daughter, he may have been mindwiped by SEMME on at least one occasion.
- Might not be the best dancer.
- According to the old character search feature, he's also known as "Chuck".
- After Linda was imprisoned, Walky thoughtfully attempted to set his father up with a $50 hooker. Said hooker turned out to be Charles's neighbor. (Though she still took the money.)

Charles is Linda Walkerton's second husband, and father to the Walkerton twins.
When the twins were growing up, both parents doted heavily on the "whiter", more intelligent Walky, but tended to neglect Sal. Eventually, Sal began acting out, drifting into increasingly criminal behavior as she grew older.
When Sal was finally arrested after attempting to hold up a convenience store at knifepoint, her parents made the difficult decision to ship her off to a Catholic boarding school, hoping a good dose of the Jesus would straighten their daughter out. Instead, Sal got a tattoo, picked up smoking, and starting riding a motorcycle everywhere, though she still made every effort to appear like a "good girl" in front of her parents.
The Walkertons first showed up on-campus during move-in day, and later returned for Freshmen Family Weekend. Over the course of the weekend, the Walkertons met and bonded with Dorothy's parents, Jeremiah and Deborah.
