She appears only briefly, working at the convenience store that Joyce and Walky go to to buy condoms. She interrupts their incredibly awkward conversation, tells them they're embarrassing her, and recommends that they just buy a giant box of condoms so they won't have to go through this again for several years.

In Dumbing of Age, she has a larger role, as the residence manager of either Clark Wing or Read Hall. Her first appearance is when Rachel Jackson calls her to report Ruth's situation. Chloe finds Ruth and Billie in bed, and has Ruth taken to the campus health center. She later meets Ruth in the health center to bring her snacks and talk to her. She asks Ruth why she would throw away her RA position, and tries to be encouraging about Ruth's future prospects. Later, after Ruth is out of the health center, Chloe asks her to meet in her office. Ruth's grandfather is present at the meeting, and Chloe reveal that Ruth hasn't been fired, due to his intervention, and that Billie will be moved to a different residence hall.

- The alt text of her first appearance, "no walkyverse character left unrepurposed", references the fact that she had only one brief appearance in It's Walky.
- The decision to adapt her into Dumbing of Age as Ruth's boss was influenced by the fact that she was originally created as similar to Ruth, and because of the line she delivers in It's Walky, "Crazy Canadians", which is referenced in the alt text of the comic where she finds Ruth in her depressive spiral.
