Weight: 160 lb
Squadron(s): 135 (Cmdr)

Daisy is a lot like Jason, at least in the field. Tough, no-nonsense, takes no prisoners and takes no guff. Gets the job done, but doesn't appear to make a lot of friends in the process. Likes the ladies.

History[]

Daisy was the Commander of Squadron 135, which included Walky's adoptive twin brother, Beef. Her previous life and the circumstances surrounding her induction into SEMME are as yet unrevealed. She was first seen when Head Alien and Monkey Master attacked SEMME's headquarters in Denver, and later fought with Sal Walkerton.

During a fact-finding mission to London, she and the rest of her squad were betrayed by Beef, captured and brainwashed by the JFO. When the JFO, led by Penny, attacked SEMME for the last time, they were "triggered" to serve as double agents. While under JFO control, Daisy killed Mandy, allowed Penny to shoot Grace, and fatally wounded Grace herself while attempting to shoot Walky.

Once she regained control of her mind, an emotionally devastated Daisy shot Beef in the head, then kept shooting his dead body until her handgun ran out of ammo. She was then placed among the "Britja manipulated and shellshocked" until SEMME headquarters was secure again.

Daisy eventually recovered, and later fought alongside the remainder of SEMME in the final battle against the Martians.

Dumbing of Age[]

Daisy

First Appearance: Dumbing of Age 1 April 2011
Major: Journalism (presumably)
Likes: Amazi-Girl, reporters, new-fashioned sleuthing

Daisy is the sexually frustrated editor of the Indiana Daily Student, the IU campus newspaper. In this role, she works with both Dorothy and Billie, although her relationship with Billie has been somewhat strained since Daisy made a pass at her.

She has good journalistic instincts, though she probably would be better off with a girlfriend, since her interest in any given story tends to be directly proportional to the amount of attractive young women involved.

Trivia[]

  • Daisy's last name hasn't been revealed in the strip proper, but is presumably also Conrad.
